Kare's Poppy CGC TKI WC RN TKI • POPPY

We got lucky on May 7, 2013, when we got a call from Pam Dunn from Kare Kennels in New Brunswick. Their litter was larger than expected and there was a female puppy that was available for us!! We were so excited and couldn't wait to welcome our first female toller into our home.  Poppy adores my husband Peter and is happiest when she is by his side.   Poppy feels that she is responsible for watching the children and keeps them in sight at all times. She loves the woods and water.  Poppy is extremely birdy and lives to retrieve. She is from solid hunting lines and loves to upland hunt with my husband. Poppy has enjoyed agility classes and is a natural.  Poppy loves doing tricks and earned both her CGC and her intermediate Trick Title in 2019. She earned her NSDTR Working Certificate in the fall of 2020.  Poppy earned three legs toward her UKC Started Hunting Retriever Title over the summer of 2021.  Poppy passed her Therapy Dog International Certification in 2021 and earned her Rally Novice Title in 2021.  Poppy is eager to please and loves to compete.  Poppy gave us two beautiful litters of 7 puppies. Her first litter arrived in the spring of 2018 and the 2nd in 2019. Our Dani is our keeper puppy from Poppy's 2nd litter. We will be forever grateful to Pam and Derek Dunn of Kare Kennels for sharing their expertise and support as we began our breeding program and for their years of support to our program.  We are very grateful to them allowing us to own and breed this beautiful girl. Poppy is retired.
